Le Bistrot Les Tontons a changé de Chef !

Romain a décidé de poursuivre sa route après 2 années au Bistrot, nous lui souhaitons bon vent !

Le voici, le voilà... le nouveau chef des Tontons !

Bruno Delaveau, 33 ans d'experience en cuisine... 10 ans propriétaire d'une cave à vin/Bistrot.  Son établissement a été réferencé parmi les 250 meilleurs bars à vins de France par Gault et Millau.

Having followed the 2008 vintage from Château Combel la Serre, Bistrot Les Tontons is now serving the 2009 Cœur de Cuvée.

It's not uncommon to think of Cahors as a strong well bodied red wine, but not in this case - 100% malbec, Cœur de Cuvée 2009 is a balanced elegant wine.

BLT suggestion... served alongside carré d'agneau.
